The Monitor Deloitte team assists Senior Executives, CEOs and Boards of leading (Australian) corporations and government agencies to develop and execute strategies that create sustainable competitive advantage to grow and transform their business.

About your Experience
In response to strong client demand for our services, we are currently seeking to recruit outstanding Strategy Consultants with a passion and experience in M&A strategy and execution for our national practice. To succeed, you will have:
Senior Manager
  • University degree with outstanding academic record from a leading Australian or Overseas university or business school
  • 7+ years of strategy consulting experience in a Tier 1 consulting firm, strategy boutique, private equity or in industry corporate development roles
  • Exceptional quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide insight and exercise mature judgment
  • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, demonstrated superior team leadership, mentoring and proven capabilities in people management
  • Proven experience leading market and industry dynamics assessments, deals strategy, commercial diligence and strategy, synergy and combined entity operating model strategy, and realising post-deal value creation.
  • Excel at leading consulting project teams, and working at executive levels within top ASX organisations and within private equity markets
  • Demonstrated ability to shape market opportunities and lead business development pursuits
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a range of client executives
Manager
  • University degree with outstanding academic record from a leading Australian or Overseas university or business school
  • 5+ years of strategy consulting experience in a Tier 1 consulting firm, strategy boutique, private equity or in industry corporate development roles
  • Exceptional quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide insight and exercise mature judgment
  • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, demonstrated superior team leadership, mentoring and proven capabilities in people management
  • Proven experience leading market and industry dynamics assessments, deals strategy, commercial diligence and strategy, synergy and combined entity operating model strategy, and realising post-deal value creation.
  • Excel at leading consulting project teams, and working at executive levels within top ASX organisations and within private equity markets
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a range of clients
