About the role:

The successful candidate will be part of the transformation team, charged with identifying, validating and managing the people side of change and delivering the outlined benefits. Delivery will span people, process and technology (or parts thereof). Key responsibilities include:

• Change Management, Planning & Implementation
  
• Education and Capability Development
  
• Stakeholder Management
  
• Management of Change Risks and Issues
  

To be part of the team, you will need:

• Significant experience in business change management and projects requiring substantial organisational change, process change and IT system change
  
• Track record in developing and deploying change management interventions across operational and support functions
