About the Role 

• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather business requirements

• Document business requirements and solution designs

• Document business processes including process mapping

• Recommend processes and systems to clients

• Assist with testing of solutions to ensure business requirements are met

Skills and Experience Required 

• 3+ years experience in a Business Analyst, Project Manager or operations role within gas or electricity retailers

• Strong knowledge of retail energy processes and procedures

• Strong knowledge of Australian utility industry rules and regulations

• Strong project management, consulting and process improvement skills

• Strong operational, problem-solving and process skills
• Strong communication and people skills

Interstate travel may be required.
