About the Role

Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather business requirements

Document business requirements and solution designs

Document business processes including process mapping

Recommend processes and systems to clients

Assist with testing of solutions to ensure business requirements are met
Skills and Experience Required
-
3+ years experience in a Business Analyst, Project Manager or operations role within gas or electricity retailers

Strong knowledge of retail energy processes and procedures

Strong knowledge of Australian utility industry rules and regulations

Strong project management, consulting and process improvement skills
- Strong operational, problem-solving and process skills
- Strong communication and people skills
Interstate travel may be required.
