About Our Client

Our client is a successful Management Consultancy Firm who specialise in the areas of business planning, strategic procurement and the implementation of complex business initiatives.

They now have an exciting opportunity for a Para Consultant to join their friendly and dynamic team based in Perth’s CBD. This position will be directly supporting the firms’ Lead Consultants and will suit someone who is highly driven and adaptable with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.  

The Role

Reporting directly to the Lead Consultants, the duties of this position will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Preparation and review of project documentation for the Lead Consultants
  • Modelling of financial data through Microsoft Excel
  • Organisation, preparation and facilitation of project meetings and workshops
  • Minute taking from project meetings
  • Undertaking research and providing detailed analysis and contribution to various projects
  • Prepare and produce project reports to track progression and activity
  • Regular stakeholder liaison and management
  • Undertake general project administrative duties as required

Skills and Experienced Required:

  • 1-2 years’ experience within a project support position
  • Possess a Bachelors Degree in a business related discipline
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to use complex formulas, pivot tables and graphs
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
  • Must be highly analytical and methodical with a strong attention to detail
  • Must be organised and able to manage several conflicting project deadlines
  • Highly adaptable with the ability to work between varied projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident with client engagement and interaction
  • Strong understanding of working with confidential matters
  • An ability to liaise across a multitude of different industries and levels of seniority
