Seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Change Analyst to be part of a large enterprise transformation. We are looking for someone motivated and resilient, who thrives in a complex and ambiguous environment.
You will be joining a collaborative team in the initial stage of the program. The role is focused on change analysis, conducting Business Impact Assessments at enterprise level and increasing change awareness across the organisation.
Key experience and responsibilities includes;
- Develop Business Impact Assessments at enterprise level
- Ability to influence and uplift change capability all levels of the organisation
- Proven Agile experience across several projects
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Excellent stakeholder and interpersonal skills
