This dynamic, growing ASX listed financial services business is investing heavily in expanding its business and technology related initiatives are a central component of enablement. Directly related to this business change and transformation, there has been significant growth in the PMO and project delivery functions of the business, and the business are now looking for a hands-on Change Manager.

This Change Manager role will see you work as the Change lead across a portfolio of technology projects of various sizes and will see you work collaboratively with Project Managers, the Head of Portfolio Delivery and a variety of business stakeholders. The focus of the role is to help the business to successfully adopt new systems and processes with optimal benefits realisation.

Working across multiple functions of the business with the ability to hold credible relationships at all levels is a core requirement, including the communication of business benefits, mitigated risks and ensuring the change journey is aligned to the project vision. Whilst it is anticipated that you will be across relevant theories such as ADKAR, we are absolutely not looking for a theorist in this role, it is very much outcomes focused.

Key requirements include:

  • Experience of working within complex, rapidly changing organisations and environments;
  • Demonstrable involvement in the delivery and adoption of IT systems and process change projects from a change management perspective;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant change management theories and models;
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and ‘on-side’ resistant stakeholders and collaborate equally with peers;
  • ‘Can do’ attitude and hands-on in approach, quick to adapt to changes, and solutions focused, in as simple a way as possible;
  • Excellent written communication skills, including reports and presentations; and
  • Well organised!
