The opportunity

This is an opportunity to support the Change Management team in all change management related activities required to support the delivery of our strategy and associated projects. This person will work closely with the Portfolio Change Lead, Head of Transformation & Change and senior business stakeholders. Change management strategies and plans will need to be created to engage employees in new ways of working and maximise employee adoption.

The key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Work closely with the Portfolio Change Lead and Head of Transformation & Change to design, develop, deliver and manage comprehensive change plans to support the delivery of our strategy program across Australia and New Zealand operations
  • End to end management of an employee change network across Australia and New Zealand operations, in consultation with Change Leads and business representatives
  • Design, develop, deliver and manage comprehensive communications and engagement plans for program sprint activities, related organisation-wide events and change programs
  • Identify stakeholders and determine their requirements and interventions required to support progress of change activities
  • Support the development of key stakeholder understanding and acceptance of change

What does success look like?

The key skills required for this role include:

  • Strong experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, tools and implementation strategies
  • Exemplary relationship management and communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) for all audience levels- from senior executive to frontline employees
  • Experience managing change networks and associated change campaigns
  • Experience working as part of a transformation team within a complex commercial organisation
  • Experience partnering with leaders and stakeholders to implement changes across and within their business units
  • Project management capability
