Join an internal consulting practice and work on one of Australia’s largest digital transformation projects. The successful candidate will proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and will work across multiple functions in leading the identification and implementation of solutions within a fast paced environment.

This is a permanent opportunity within a highly reputable organisation.

Skills and experience

• Lean / Six Sigma qualified and experience of deploying the methodologies in practice
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification mandatory
• Experience delivering rapid change programmes, demonstrates excellent planning and organisational skills
• Team player as well as ability to work independently
• Process engineering, mapping and improvement skills
• Lead and facilitate process improvement activities through process design, development and delivery implementation of key initiatives to aid the Cross Functional and Program delivery teams
• Ability to work hands-on, collaboratively and with passion and energy as part of an agile team.
• Lead discussions which achieve agreement to the developed processes, at the working level and director level
• Highly proficient in analysis and analytical tools and techniques applied to complex problems
• Be highly adapt at identifying the right data to solve problems
• Be highly proactive at defining the problem and gathering relevant data and insight
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience as facilitator or trainer
