We require an experienced Business Analyst to provide BA skills for specific projects over a 6 month period.

The analyst would need to be able to define the business requirements and data models for technology solutions that meet the needs of the business. They would need to provide comprehensive analytical services including but not limited to:

• Understanding and documenting business processes and workflows and their relationships to current and future technology solutions
• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, process maps, use cases, scenarios, task and workflow analysis
• Undertake industry and legislative analysis, feasibility studies and provide expert advice on the strategic evaluation of current systems and processes
• Presenting concepts in a concise and focussed manner,
• Ensure the change control process is aligned with business requirements

Skill requirements:

• High level ability to motivate and influence people
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and workshop facilitation skills
• Ability to work under limited direction
• Well-developed time management, problem solving and decision making skills
• Demonstrated significant experience in business analysis
• Knowledge of current technology, techniques and trends
• Diploma qualification in the relevant area or at least 5 years’ experience
