Currently seeking a few passionate Senior Change Consultants to primarily develop and drive change related processes, tools and templates to support strategic change. 

This position is for a leading organisation within financial services and will be initially a 3-6 month contract with the likelihood of extension.

Key skills & Experience required;

• Financial Services experience (Manadatory)
• Card payments project experience (highly desirable)
• Proven experience in leading people through change using change management techniques established in the industry
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to effectively consult and negotiate with senior stakeholders and build positive relationships in an environment of change
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver strategic change management processes, tools, templates, and initiatives
• Demonstrated Change Management capability to gain the confidence and respect of key stakeholders
• Experience leading and managing change networks
• Experience developing and implementing a change management plan, including stakeholder identification, stakeholder management and impact assessment, communication and talent management strategy
• Proven ability to prioritise, schedule and perform work to meet deadlines, commitments and work within a team environment and with ambiguity
