Senior Manager, Infrastructure Assets and Delivery
- $116,863 - $156,387 (Plus Superannuation)

Creative Victoria is dedicated to championing, growing and supporting Victoria's creative industries. It consists of four branches:
- Arts Investment
- Agencies and Infrastructure
- Strategic Marketing and Communications
- Strategy, Screen and Design
Sitting within the Agencies and Infrastructure branch, the Senior Manager will support the branch as it provides leadership and advice to State-owned cultural agencies, oversees the State-owned facilities and collections and provides corporate services to Creative Victoria.
This is an exciting and dynamic period for Creative Victoria, with the announcement of a $200 million investment in 2018-19 to ‘reimagine the Melbourne Arts Precinct (MAP)'.
The main focus on this role will be to lead the Creative Industries Infrastructure Assets and Delivery Unit and to provide direction, leadership and support to the staff. The responsibilities will cover:
- Providing leadership in asset management for the State's art and cultural facilities
- Delivery of major and minor arts and cultural infrastructure projects
- Provision of best service delivery outcomes by creative industries portfolio agencies and non-government tenant organisations
The Senior Manager will report to the Director, Agencies and Infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have experience in asset and facilities management, and infrastructure project planning and delivery. As a key leadership role within Agencies and Infrastructure, the successful candidate will need:
- Proven asset and project management experience, including delivery of capital projects, large budgets, towards strict timelines and within compliance and legislative regulations
- Strong people management and development skills to lead and drive a highly expert team
- Experience in Resource Management, ideally with high valued assets and budgets
- Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills, to engage and partner across a varied and senior stakeholder group.
