This high profile Analytics Consultancy is a innovative leader in the sector, and due to consistent growth, they are looking to add Analysts and Senior Analysts to their teams in Melbourne. 

For over 15 years they have combined the best of human and artificial intelligence topower possibilities for individuals, organisations and society. 

These roles are technical role with direct accountability for the delivery of  client projects. You will work with your team to transform client questions and issues into analytical solutions. 
  
Key accountabilities:

• Work with Client Leads to transform client questions and issues into analytical solutions
• Convert information into meaningful, actionable recommendations for Quantium's clients
• Day to day external client relationship and stakeholder management for key projects within your remit
• Support the Lead Analyst with architecting analytics solutions for key client questions
• Participation in Analytics Community initiatives, such as Analytics Review for other projects, organisation or facilitation at events, etc.
• Transform analytical output into actionable insights, build client materials and engage clients throughout the process. 

  
Essential experience, skills and traits:

• A degree in a quantitative area eg Actuarial, Maths/Stats, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics etc
• Between  1-5 + years experience as an analyst/senior analyst scoping and applying statistical techniques to solve business problems
• Knowledge and experience using SQL, some R experience would be preferable
• Good comms are essential
• Track record of working autonomously, delivering against deadlines
