 What you'll be doing

The HealtheNet and Integrated Care Change Lead will drive the adoption of HealtheNet and Integrated Care projects including My Health Record national expansion across all Local Health Districts.  This role will also support change throughout the project lifecycle and work in collaboration with HealtheNet and Integrated Care delivery streams to meet program schedules and objectives.  The Change Lead will focus on developing strategies and programs for the people side of the HealtheNet and Integrated Care to support changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and Local Health Districts (LHD) structures.

You will be required to demonstrate your experience, skills and knowledge by responding to the following selection criteria:

 

1. Experience managing a medium-large organisational change in an enterprise organisation. This includes demonstrated experience engaging and influencing stakeholders, vendors and customers, and actioning activities to manage the change, to achieve optimal project outcomes.
2. Demonstrated experience coaching staff to foster a performance-based and customer-focused work culture.
3. Excellent organisational skills with a capacity to prioritise, achieve business goals, and always work with a customer-focused approach.
4. Capacity and willingness, including a current driver’s license recognised in NSW, to travel to NSW Health facilities throughout the greater Sydney area, which may include overnight stays in outlying areas.
