The Customer Strategy Chapter (CS) in alignment with the organisational strategy are responsible for developing go-to-market strategies that will guide and enable successful customer acquisition, on-boarding, in-life engagement, migration and retention initiatives within Bankwest's target Business and Retail markets & segments.
CS works closely with others within the Customer Experience Division (CX), Personal & Business Banking and the Products, Operations & Analytics Divisions, to focus on identifying and driving strategies to increase sustainable and profitable share of our addressable markets through acquisition, engagement, migration and retention of customers in our target segments.
The role will include (but not limited to):
- Work with the Tribe Leads and Customer Outcome Owners to identify value-based opportunities and support the development of meaningful and actionable acquisition, on-boarding, in-life engagement, migration and retention strategies.
- Ensure customer strategies developed are understood and executed upon at a Divisional level.
- Lead, review and monitor selected key strategic initiatives within the CX Division.
- Prepare detailed executive papers and assist the Customer Strategy Chapter Lead and the CX Leadership Team to produce reports and recommendations on matters of strategy for their respective responsibilities.
Your skills and experience:
- Degree (MBA or equivalent desirable)
- Customer strategy (segmentation, value proposition, needs analysis, contact strategies, channel mix).
- Strong skills in Hypothesis based problem solving / strategic thinking.
- Strong financial and analytical skills (incl Value pools).
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Financial services industry experience (desirable).
- Previous experience working in an Agile environment (desirable).
