Bluefin Resources are working in partnership with world class utilities organisation based in the Western Suburbs to recruit a Change Partner within the Strategic Change Management Office.
Reporting to the Change Practice Manager you will work with group general managers and their executive team to ensure the group wide impacts of a major transformation program are fully identified. This includes ensuring a stakeholder view of change is developed and the impact of timing of changes are clearly understood.
To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate the following experience:
- 5+ years professional change management experience at a senior level
- Portfolio level experience (CMO or equivalent)
- Experience in leading and managing change management strategies and interventions for significant organisational projects, including the development and implementation of change management strategies and interventions for single or multiple change initiatives at a divisional level
- Experience working effectively at all organisational levels especially at General Manager and Senior Management Level
- Experience with executive level presentations and influencing outcomes
- Experience in coaching front-line and executive leaders in change management
