Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Advisor to join our Underground Mine Production team. Working in the Mining Contracts team your key stakeholders will be the mining contract leadership team and contract partners with the primary responsibility of administering our underground mining contracts, including one of Newcrest's largest contracts.
You will work collaboratively with our contract partners to review contractor invoices and produce the monthly report. As a result, you will draw on your analytical skills to identify trends and make recommendations on business process improvements.
This role is FIFO from Perth and the roster is 4 Days / 3 Off/ 4 Days/ 3 Off / 8 Days / 6 Off.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will be safety focused, team oriented and committed to achieving commercial results. You will enjoy thinking outside the box to improve contract management processes and enhance business outcomes.
Ideally with a degree in Engineering (or Commerce/Finance) you may have experience working in mining sector and/or significant experience in contract management. You will be an experienced Excel user and have knowledge of SAP. Project management experience would be beneficial, however is not essential.
