Bell Bay Aluminium is looking for a Maintenance Superintendent to lead the highly skilled maintenance team.
Bell Bay Aluminium has been in operation since 1955 and was the first smelter built in the southern hemisphere. The smelter produces around 190,000 tonnes of aluminium each year and operates 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. Bell Bay Aluminium’s strategy is based on continually improving its cost competitiveness, ensuring the safe and environmentally sound management of its operations and the realisation of the full potential of its people, technology and physical assets.
Reporting to the Manager of the Metal Products & Carbon department at Bell Bay Aluminium, the primary purpose of this role is to lead the Maintenance team to deliver a safe, efficient and cost effective asset management strategy.
