Electrician (Fixed Plant) - Immediate Starts Available

Ready Resources (RR) provides solutions to large mining clients across the Pilbara Region and beyond for their labour hire, maintenance and asset management needs. As an industry leader in these fields, we are available for ongoing long term engagement or on an ad-hoc basis in peak load periods.
Given our extensive client base and increased demand, we are looking for teams of Fixed Plant Mainitenance Electricians as well as Mobile Equipment HV Electricians with all levels of experience for our ongoing casual field service, back fill and shutdown maintenance works.
FIFO from Perth & Surrounds - Various Rosters 8/6 - 2/1 - 7/7
Applicants that meet the below criteria are encouraged to apply:
- Experienced Fixed Plant Shutdown Maintenance Electricians and or
- Experienced High Voltage Mobile Equipment Maintenance Electricians
- Proven experience working as a Fixed Plant and or MEM HV Electrician within the mining sector
- Experience in the following areas is required:
- Construction of Light, Small Power, Cable Ladder, Steel Conduit Work, installation of instruments etc
- Energisation and testing of power and control circuits
- Energisation and testing of Electrical equipment
- Energisation, calibration and loop testing of instruments
- I/O testing field devices
- Checking and testing of electrical equipment and instruments during No Load Commissioning
- Checking and testing of electrical equipment and instruments during Load Commissioning and Performance Verification.
- Completion and sign off of testing and completion records and marking up Drawings to As Commissioned status
- Minimum 3 years mine site experience
- Recognised trade certificates and qualifications
- Electrical License recognised in WA
- Desirable to have Certificate IV Instrumentation and Solar Accreditation
- C- Class Drivers License
- Senior first aid certificate
- Preferred Rio Tinto Inducted
