Our client based in the Melbourne CBD city is looking for an experienced customer focused Energy Operations and Customer Service Representative!

They are looking for a switched on, flexible,energetic alrounder for their busy team! This is a fantastic opportunity to set yourself up in a great career with a growing company! Duties

  • Providing support within the Retail Operations business by processing transactions, documenting policies, processes and procedures
  • Identifying improvements to existing business processes and systems
  • Providing expert subject matter advice to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Providing excellent service to ensure customers are transferring and being billed
  • Receiving and responding to customer enquiries and complaints received over the phone and by email
  • Resolve a range of customer related issues

This is an excellent role for someone who has a mature approach to their work and is a team player. Your flexibility and attitude to learn and work in a small team environment will be your success!

Ideally you will have experience working within the national Electricity Market - Retail, and associated customer back office operations, such as billing, network tariffs, service orders, new connections and customer transfers for a minimum of 1 year OR you will have a minimum of 3 years solid customer service and love to learn,
