The Project & Roster
Currently looking for 5 heavy diesel fitters on a mine site in the lower Bowen Basin. Lifestyle friendly roster DIDO from Emerald, Rockhampton & Gladstone.
Good accommodation at camp with your own room and bathroom and meals included.
This open cut coal project is located about 1h from Emerald. You will be working 5 days on, 4 days on & 4 nights on, 5 days off.
Long term contract going over permanently with the client after a short probation period, working with a crew of experienced tradesmen.
The Pay & Benefits
Attractive $65 p/a + Super along with annual leave and other company benefits such as training and career development.
The Duties & Machinery
Your 3-4+ years experience working on open cut coal mobile equipment will put you in a good position with your demands in the workshop and field. The ability to work in a team and autonomously will be essential in their role.
The site operates with a wide variety of open cut coal equipment such as Liebherr, Komatsu, Hitachi & CAT.

- Pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol assessment
- Standard 11
