About Click Energy:

About the Role:
Reporting to the Manager of Commercial Finance, this busy yet rewarding position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of one of our largest expense items, our network charges.
This hands-on role will perform detailed investigations on disputes and resolve any variances that are identified. This role will also manage communications with the Distribution Network Service Providers.
Duties Include:
- Support the wider business with your in-depth knowledge of network billing, providing timely responses to network billing data related queries
- Work with large volumes of network and market data using Shine’s Network Bill Validation software
- Manage customer initiated disputes
- Configure the Shine software to optimise dispute results
- Produce monthly performance reports on disputes and acceptances
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and testing for the broader business as required
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience in network reconciliation within the energy industry
- Knowledge of Shine’s Network Billing Validation software
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and basic SQL Server skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external parties
