IAS Group is seeking expressions of interest for Composite Technicians to join the Operations team. The positions are to be based Offshore and will be on a rostered basis - point of hire is recorded as Perth.

Position requirements:
Essential
- Composite repair experience (epoxy resin, vacuum bagging and resin infusion systems)
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in the Oil & Gas industry;
- Experience of UHPWJ, Abrasive Blasting, and paint application operations;
- High level of flexibility and ability to adapt in a challenging environment;
- Be an enthusiastic, confident self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team;
- Possess a high attention to detail, meet deadlines and problem solve;
- Have excellent communication skills and work seamlessly with a range of stakeholders;
- Willing to help other trades within the team to execute duties when required; and
- Awareness of Australian and International Industry and Engineering standards.
Highly Preferred Qualifications
- Shipwright and or Composites Qualifications (Certificate III in Engineering – Composites Trade)
- NACE Coating Inspector Level 1 or 2 Certification
Successful applicants must:
- Produce Proof of Rights to work in Australia;
- Any Australian Recognised Painting Trade Qualification (preferred) or proven experience;
- Valid Working at Heights and Confined Space certificates;
- Must hold or be able to obtain an MSIC; and
- Must hold or be able to obtain a HUET/BOSIET/T-BOSIET.
