The opportunity
We are growing and looking for more talented and genuine Data & Reporting Officers to join in. Reporting to the Operations Manager, and collaborating with our in-house operations team, you'll be working for a revolutionary retailer, providing large market commercial and industrial customers access to wholesale electricity.
Key responsibilities:
- Management of MSATS
- Manage monthly customer invoice process
- Liaison with external & internal stakeholders
- Ensure information is available for cyclical activities
- Analysis of data and information to support solutions offered
- Support a team of Energy Account Managers
About you
On a personal level, you are an energetic and positive individual who challenges the status quo. You love solving problems and you're willing to try new ideas to connect and engage with customers.
You also have the proven ability to:
- Excel in an analytical environment
- Demonstrate advanced MSATS skills
- Work with large market NMI transfers
- Understand metering rules
- Liaise with distributors, retailers, metering data providers
- Understanding of network tariffs, retailer operations and contestable billing
- Understand and communicate technical concepts
- Exhibit a high degree of influence through negotiation
- Communicate clearly and effectively – verbally and in writing
- Present to clients and key stakeholders
- Exhibit high customer service
A relevant degree or technical qualification, exposure to MSATS and experience in the electricity, power or generation industry will be highly regarded.
