Our client a WA company who operate across the resources, utilities and infrastructure industries, they pride themselves on their innovation and cost-effective solutions that they provide to their clients.
The Project Supervisor will working on a brand new lithium crushing project located in the Goldfields region, the project is a multi year contract with a lifespan of 2 – 4 years.
The duties of the role will include:-
- Managing the client relationships, upholding the company values and representing the client to the highest level
- Understanding the contractual obligations, ensuring that compliance is maintained in line with the contract and protecting the companies’ interests.
- Responsible for overseeing safety production, financial performance, sustainability obligations and effective people management.
- Driving leadership values to the workforce engagement and promotion of safety (Zero Harm)
You will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Proven project supervisory experience with 5 years in project delivery across production crushing & screening projects
- Ability to effectively forecast costs is essential.
- Previous experience with track mounted mobile crushing and screening equipment is highly desirable
- Proven problem-solving ability to deliver alternative outcomes
- Ability to analyse performance and drive improvement
- Highly developed interpersonal skills including liaising with all levels of the organisation
- An ability to adapt to unexpected situations willingly and re-prioritise accordingly, including redirecting effort and resources
- Current unencumbered WA "C" class drivers licence
