Come work for Australia's labour hire firm of the year in this choice role as a Site Senior Executive.

You will need to demonstrate numeracy, written and verbal communication skills. These will include the ability to provide expert complex consultancy advice, resolve organisational issues, influence the operational activities, negotiate on matters of significance, and to develop and motivate staff.

Your day to day work will need you to exercise responsibility for decision making in the work area within budgetary constraints. This will involve sound judgement, and a high degree of problem definition, analysis, planning, initiative, confidentiality, sensitivity and autonomy.

Required competencies (recognised by the Mining Safety and Health Advisory Committee) are:

• 5 years’ experience in mining or quarrying of which at least 2 years have been in a supervisory role, and

• RII50113 Diploma of Surface Operations Management (or an equivalent or superior qualification)

• RIIRIS501D Implement and maintain management systems to control risk (or an equivalent or superior qualification).

Full-time fixed term of 12 months, 72.5 hours per fortnight (9 day fortnight).
