Exciting contract opportunity for an Exploration or Senior Exploration Geologist to work with a well funded junior explorer in a region known to host multi-millon ounce deposits.
You will be responsible for managing and executing a significant AC and RC program effectively and safely, whilst providing direction to Field Assistants and Drillers. You will be required to liaise with head office management to report on the daily drilling progress and provide guidance on the continued program as results come to hand.
About you:
- Ideally you will possess prior orogenic gold exploration experience. However, epithermal or porphyry Cu-Au experience will also be seen as favourable
- You'll have demonstrated background coordinating and managing RC/AC/Diamond drilling programs and contractors
- You'll be comfortable in a greenfields environment with caravan, swag style accommodation
- Ideally you will possess at least 5 years exploration geology experience.
Unfortunately, we are only able to consider candidates who have previous mining experience and are eligible to work in Australia.
