The Position Description:
The Materials Specialist plays a critical role within their maintenance and operations department. The ultimate focus in this diverse challenging role is to the support the association of maintenance materials to maintenance activities and support Cataloguing, Task List Material and BOM Development as well as SAP Master Data.
Selection Criteria:
- Mechanical or Electrical Trade
- Previous Mobile Mining Equipment Maintenance experience
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and a sound understanding of data configuration
- An understanding of SAP Master Data Management and specific application to Materials
- You will appreciate the need for quality data and have exceptional attention to detail
- You will also have an ability to interpret technical data and an interest in applying your knowledge of best practise maintenance techniques.
- The capability to understand and interpret technical data from system end users and translating this into systemised formats for incorporation into the system will also be highly regarded.
- Strong computer, written and communication skills
- The ability to liaise with key stake holders

This is a Monday to Friday role based in the Brisbane CBD commencing immediately.
