Successful complex Refinery is seeking a new manager and leader to support its strategic future and maximise performance. Part of a global resources power house this role reports directly to the Global COO and has full accountability for an established, large plant. It is a true leadership role and real opportunity to make a difference.
The role will suit an experienced and qualified Manager with a proven leadership background in large and complex mineral processing environment, ideally with Bayer process experience. While profitable, the refinery has considerable opportunity to improve its performance through both continuous technical improvement and people development. As such we are looking for a manager with exceptional leadership skills and a passion for workforce engagement, capability development and proven experience delivering operational improvements. With a workforce of over 800 you will understand the value of investing in people as much as the physical asset.
Located near Perth the position offers both the challenge of managing a large facility with the lifestyle of a beautiful cosmopolitan city. The role is well supported by an experienced peer group and executive team as well as an attractive remuneration package including relocation (local or international).
