Our client is looking for experienced Diesel Mechanics for work on their Hunter Valley Operations Mine Site.
The successful applicants should have experience in Heavy Industries such as On-Highway & Off-Highway, Construction and Defence Force.
However all Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanics will be encouraged to apply.
Experience carrying out repairs, maintenance, servicing and diagnostics on Caterpillar and Komatsu Trucks, Dozers, Graders, Excavators and or large earthmoving equipment with hydraulic and engine diagnosis skills would be highly advantageous.
This role is ideal for candidates wishing to expand their knowledge and gain further skills within the mining industry.
You must have a strong focus on safety and have or be willing to obtain the following tickets:
• Certificate of Proficiency
• Working at Heights
• Extra Low Voltage Certificate (desirable)
• Confined Space (desirable)
• Forklift Ticket (desirable)
• Drivers Licence
The successful applicant will be required to undergo a Coal Board medical as well as drug and alcohol testing prior to appointment.
