Rapid Dam Contractors Pty Ltd require the services of an experienced Supervisor.

This positions will be FIFO ex Perth on a 2:1 roster.

This role entails:

Constructing Tailings Storage Facility's while promoting a safe working environment
Daily Supervision of a medium sized crew within a civil environment
Complete daily PSI/Toolbox meetings
Working back to back with the Site Manager on a 2:1 roster
Reporting safety hazards and incidents, ensuring thorough investigation and corrective actions

To succeed in this role, you will have:

A Valid Drivers Licence
Previous supervisory experience within civil operations, Tailing
The ability to lead, manage and build a team
Good level of computer literacy
Excellent safety, work ethics and communication skills
