WorkPac currently have a vacancy for a Utility Mechanical Maintainer, reporting to the Mechanical Supervisor, Core Services Utilities Cape Lambert on an 8/6 roster. This position is open to Local and FIFO from Perth candidates.

Role Purpose and Responsibilities:

To safely carry out inspections, scheduled maintenance and breakdown maintenance to Core Services Assets including:

  • Diesel fuel and lubricant infrastructure
  •  Light vehicle, heavy vehicle and locomotive refuelling facilities
  •  Bulk fuel depot storage facilities including rail decant and road gantry
  • Lubricant storage and pumping equipment
  • Jet A1 facility
  • Fuel quality testing
  • Maintenance
  • Hydrocarbons wastewater treatment equipment
  • Land farm and bio farm facilities
  • Oily water separators
  • Potable and production water assets
  • Pump stations
  • Pipelines
  • Disinfection systems
  • Waste water disposal and treatment
  • Waste water treatment plants
  • Pipelines
  • Compressed air systems
  • Ensuring that maintenance is of a high quality and re-work is not required
  • Use SAP to raise notifications, complete time confirm and enter reliability and maintenance activity information

 

Skills & Experience Requirements:

Mandatory

  • Understanding of RTIO safety systems and demonstrated strong health & safety performance.
  • Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter
  • Background in industrial mechanical maintenance
  • Western Australian C class driver's licence
  • Very customer focussed with a collaborative approach

Desirable

  • Aviation QC Training
  • Experience in water industry operations and maintenance
  • Experience in hydrocarbon operations and maintenance
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Western Australian Heavy Rigid driver???s licence
  • High Risk Work Licences in LF, CV, DG, RG
  • Cert 3 in water operations
  • Hydrocarbons experience
