Are you an experienced Auto Electrician looking for a better roster? A new challenge?
Redfield Resources are currently looking for motivated and hardworking Auto Electricians to join our WA team on new and existing projects, working with some of the largest mining companies in Australia.
We have several FIFO role ex Perth to numerous sites throughout WA.
Requirements to be successful in these roles include:
- Hold an Australian Recognised Trade Qualification
- Air conditioning licence
- Minimum of 12 months' previous experience working in mining environment is essential
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- A strong commitment to safety
- Excellent fault finding and diagnostics skills
- Can read and interpret hydraulic schematics
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
Surface Auto Electrician experience required:
- Previous experience working on Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi heavy mobile equipment and associated machinery is essential
- Minimum 12 month's experience in a similar role
- Working at Heights & Confined Space
- EWP and Forklift Ticket also an advantage
- Previous experience on RIO sites an advantage
Underground Auto Electrician experience required:
- Previous experience working on Sandvik DD420/1 Jumbo's, Sandvik loaders, CAT AD60, CAT R2900G and R1700Atlas Copco trucks, Normet Charmec, wheel loaders, graders and Toyota light vehicles
- Minimum 12 months post trade experience in underground environment
- Working at heights
- First Aid
