PROJECT MANAGER – LED Lighting and Commercial Solar
Cherry Energy Solutions, a company of the echo Group, is a National Energy Solutions provider which has been under operation for over 5 years. Our mission is to achieve mass adoption of energy efficient product solutions within every home, school, business and community.
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with knowledge of LED Lighting upgrades and/or Commercial Solar. This role would also suit an A Grade Electrician who is wanting to put down the tools and extend their career into Project Management.
This position is permanent full time and will operate from Brisbane CBD and the candidate must be willing to fly in/fly out of VIC for project management support of overflow of jobs.
Key Purpose and Functions:
- Ensure customers receive an outstanding installation experience
- Ensure the front of house Project Management function of the business is efficient and accurate
- Maximise profitability of end-user installations
- Continuously improve the operational functions of the business
- Provide technical support to the warranty coordinator
- Support the operations team
To be successful in this position it is essential that you possess:
- A Grade Electrical Licence (preferred but not essential)
- QLD Drivers Licence
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with monthly reporting
- Excellent work ethic
- Outstanding service levels
- Operational excellence
- Understanding of financial metrics
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- MYOB knowledge (preferred but not essential)
- CRM knowledge (preferred but not essential)

- Provide a high level of support, with a high level of accuracy
- Be proactive, hardworking and dedicated to providing a solution to any task at hand with excellent attention to detail
- Be punctual and reliable, have a positive "can-do" attitude and work ethic, are flexible and adaptable, and you work well independently and as part of a team
