AGC are accepting expressions of interest for QMI Technicians (Quality Measurement Instruments)

The positions are to be based in Onslow and will be on a 2/2 roster, local Onslow residents or FIFO from Perth.

The ideal candidate will possess maintenance experience and will be accountable for the following:

  • Previous and demonstrable experience with industrial analytical equipment
  • Experience in analytical instrumentation maintenance including AMADAS
  • Experience in allocation/fiscal metering systems maintenance
  • Trouble shooting & root cause identification

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in the following areas:

  • At least 3 years’ experience working in the Oil & Gas industry,
  • Previous experience in Brownfields Maintenance in a similar role
  • Awareness of Australian and industry standards
  • High Computer Literacy and be able to read engineering drawings and P & ID’s
  • Strong Information Management skills

Candidates must have the following qualifications and licences:

  • Certificate III - Australian Recognised Electrical Trade Cert
  • WA Unrestricted Grade A Electrical Licence
  • EEHA Certificate
  • Certificate IV - Electrical Instrumentation Trade
  • First Aid, CPR and Low Voltage Rescue
  • High Risk Work Licence - Elevated Work Platform
  • Australian Driving Licence
  • Driver Training
  • Confined Space Entry
  • Working at Heights
  • Ability to obtain an MSIC
