Monadelphous' Maintenance and Industrial Services division (M&IS) delivers maintenance, shutdown, and minor capital works projects through long-term maintenance contracts within the oil and gas sector. We work collaboratively with our customers to ensure optimal plant productivity, integrating with customer systems to develop and execute maintenance work. Our M&IS division scopes, plans and executes maintenance activities through a combination of core personnel managed by Monadelphous and seconded labour embedded into our customers' maintenance teams.

Our M&IS Oil & Gas division holds long-term maintenance, modification and shutdown contracts servicing world-class onshore and offshore assets. As such, we are seeking applications from high-calibre candidates to join our successful business as a Preservation and Repairs Coordinator. This role will be Darwin based with an occasional requirement for travel to Perth.

The responsibilities of this position will include but are not limited to:

• Ensures preservation procedures are followed for complex equipment preservation.
• Liaises with Discipline Engineering team where procedures need clarification, suggests updates for clarification and efficiency.
• Coordinates provision of labour and materials to enable complex equipment preservation.
• Take responsibility for Repair & Refurbishment process ownership and coordination.
• Monitor status of repaired materials and inform the Work Preparer so that the work can be scheduled, the offshore team can receive the material on-board FLNG and the equipment can be returned to service.
• Tracking of material Repairs, equipment hire and refurbishment process status across logistics and vendors.
• Work with the CMMS Team to ensure maintenance plans are set up correctly for repairable equipment or equipment which needs to be repaired (recalibrated) offsite on a frequency.
• Drives Maintenance, Integrity Execution (MIE) Process compliance and Continuous Improvement in the Materials/Repair/Refurbishment area.

To be successful in this role you will possess the following:

• Mechanical Trade Certification essential, a qualification in Project Managerment will be highly regarded
• Previous experience in an Oil and Gas maintenance industrial environment or heavy industry with relevant involvement in the implementation of maintenance/preservation plans
• Demonstrated skills in working with and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate across all levels
