Our Resources & Manufacturing team provides advisory, design, delivery and asset management services on projects across a range of markets, in locations worldwide. These services include:
- Digital, asset management and infrastructure advisory;
- Infrastructure, materials handling and marine design; and
- Programme and project management delivery;
Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking an experienced senior leader to lead our large regional Resources & Manufacturing team, based in Brisbane.
Reporting to both the Regional Director and the Market Managing Director, you will lead the Aurecon experience by ensuring a bright future of work that is interesting and challenging to the team, profitable for Aurecon and beneficial to the clients and world we operate in. You will lead a team of 100+ across multiple locations who provide exceptional client experience within the guidance of the Aurecon Blueprint and the Energy and Resources Market Strategy.
Being a client driven business, you will oversee a number of client managers, each accountable for developing and maintaining a strong relationship and performance track record, making us irresistible to our clients through delivery of exceptional project outcomes. You are also responsible for full P&L accountability for the unit.
Key selection criteria for this position includes:
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Proven successful leadership experience of diverse teams delivering exceptional outcomes
- Proven successful leadership in managing commercials, risk, quality control and continuous improvement
- Strong relationship and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels of a high performing business
- The ability to lead and work effectively across geographic and cultural boundaries
