FIELD SERVICE POSITION
About ASG Equipment:
ASG Equipment is a dry hire heavy equipment rental company that caters for both the mining and civil industries in QLD and NSW. ASG Equipment offers flexible dry hire solutions, primarily which includes our fully maintained packages for mobile fleet.
The Position
We are currently seeking Experienced Heavy Diesel / Plant Mechanics to carry out all aspects of plant maintenance in a field service position located in the outstanding Mudgee region.
You will be a part of a diverse and high paced team and your priority will be to ensure the high availability and support for our heavy equipment rental fleet. To achieve your targets, YOU and the team will provide:
- Ongoing maintenance and service of all ASG Equipment both on and off site;
- Providing support to increasing fleet in preparation and rebuilds;
- Field service and travel opportunities when required.

Successful applicant will have:
- A strong commitment to safety;
- Nationally recognised trade qualification with significant post-trade experience with heavy earthmoving equipment; namely Caterpillar, Komatsu and Hitachi;
- Strong diagnostic skills with a solution focus;
- Ability to work as part of a cohesive team and;
- High Risk Work Licence; dogging, rigging, crane, work platform and working at heights classifications will be highly regarded.
