Experienced Lab technicians required for positions in the Bowen Basis on a lifestyle roster.
About the company
Our client is a blue chip mining company with several mines located in the Bowen Basin (QLD). Due to increased production and positive growth projections they require 2 experienced Laboratory Technicians to join them immediately.
About the role
Reporting to the Wash Plant Supervisor, you will be responsible for onsite coal sampling, preparation and analysis in the Coal Processing department. You will also be uploading results and report on analysis results to key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills and should be proactive with excellent time management skills.
Skills & Experience
To be successful you will have:
- A Coal Board Medical (or willing to obtain)
- Current Drivers Licence
- Standard 11 (or willing to obtain)
- 3 Years Coal Lab Experience on a Mine Site
- Previous experience with Site information reporting systems will be highly regarded.
