Your new role
As a Health & Safety coach, your role will be primarily based in the field speaking to stakeholders across the business. Observations, toolbox talks, safety training & reporting are the main responsibilities for this position.
This position is offered on a temporary basis, 8/6 roster, FIFO from Perth only.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualifications in safety/training.
- Significant previous experience in a Safety Officer/HSE Advisor/Safety Coach/iCare Coach position.
- Previous experience in training positions.
- Available to start immediately.
