Techforce Personnel is a leading provider of shutdown maintenance and project personnel to the mining and oil & gas industries Australia wide.

We have partnered with a reputable APAC business who is looking for an experienced Oil and Gas Superintendent / Execution Manager to provide front line management and supervision for their Brownfields Services contract across multiple (live) LNG assets in WA.

Your role and responsibilities

• Lead all reactive and planned turnaround activities;
• Overseeing all services and scopes of work - Project Management, SMP, PIF, scaffolding and rope access;
• Direct and control activities to ensure that quality, cost, safety and performance standards are met;
• Developing and submitting Internal and external reports on the above
• Phase 5 detailed planning;
• Liaising with Recruitment Team to identify relevant talent pool
• Costing estimates and manning histograms

Your background / experience requires:

• Strong experience within the Scaffolding / Insulation industry. Oil and Gas Brown Fields exposure preferred
• Demonstrable experience in turnaround events in a similar position
• Relevant qualifications
• Solid understanding of coatings
• Firm commitment to OHS and quality performance
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• Exceptional management skills

On Offer:

• Working with a strong business and delivering on one of the leading projects in the O&G space.
• Salary Package range from $180,000 - $200,000 PA dependent on experience
• Perth based role, and occasional site travel
• Permanent position, willing to work with required notice periods for the right person
