Applus+ is an international inspection company that carries out a wide range of advanced non-destructive testing, inspection and asset integrity services. We specialize in performing non-destructive tests and inspections to secure the quality and integrity of technical facilities.
We have ongoing assignments for AICIP qualified Inspectors with Rope Access Certification to work with one of our major clients in Australia's North-West on a 2/2 roster.
Duties would include:
- Conducting inspections and providing prompt reports
- Conducting audits and reviews
- Liaising with client representatives
- Ensuring compliance with applicable standards
- Supervising and liaison with NDT personnel
- Providing input into shutdown planning activities
- Calibrating equipment as required
- Identifying areas for improvement and liaising with the client to implement suggestions.
All applicants expressing interest must be able to demonstrate experience in oil and gas, mining or heavy engineering, and must hold a current AICIP In-Service Pressure Vessel Inspection or API 510 and API 570 tickets. Other requirements include:
- IRATA Rope Access Certification
- NDT qualifications either UT Level 2 | MT Level 2 | PT Level 2 (preferred)
- MSIC (not essential)
