About the business

JPS Maintenance & Fabrication is a contracting vendor for mining sites around Australia within and outside of New South Wales. We work to provide our suppliers with the highest quality of tradesmen and strive to deliver competitive hourly rates and a strong sense of workmanship to our employee's. 

About the role

Duties include:

• Projects and maintenance work to fixed plant predominantly in the processing sector of the mines 
• reporting and communicating with to supervisors on site
• working as a self motivated individual in a team environment

Skills and experience

• Trade Certificate
• Working at heights certificate
• Confined space training
• Drivers license
• Previous mining experience preferred but not essential
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
• Must have a strong focus on safety
