Underground Diamond Drillers
Due to continued growth within our minerals division, we are now seeking applications from suitably qualified underground drillers for an immediate start at one our FIFO QLD Project.

The Role
The role of an underground Driller is to recover an accurate core sample as per customer specifications, in a safe cost effective manner, while upholding Mitchell Services Values, meeting operational performance targets, participating in safety initiatives, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
FIFO
Suitable candidates will ideally fly directlty in and out of Cairns, Townsville or Brisbane to site where camp style accomodation is provided.
Requirments 
Suitable candidates are required to meet the following requirements for this position

• A minimum of 2 - 5  years drilling Industry experience is highly desired
• An open Drivers Licence is a requirement 
• A current Provide First Aid / CPR is a requirement
• Cert 111 in Drilling Operations is highly desired for this role (or the ability to obtain)
• A National Police Clearance is a requirement
• A good level of physical fitness is an inherent requirement
• The ability to pass a pre-employment company medical including drug & alcohol screening and a functional medical exam
• The ability to work 12 hour days on a 2  weeks on 1 week off FIFO rotating   roster
