About the Role
WorkPac have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HME Program Coordinator to join the Perth projects team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the development and execution of programs of work, providing leadership and guidance to Project Engineers & ensuring consistency in strategy for development and execution of projects.
This is a Perth based role working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with an expected duration of 6-12mths (possible extension)
Responsibilities & Duties:.
- Development and execution of projects
- Support and coordination of project engineers working within your program
- Facilitate monthly reviews of program development and execution to inform in year and future year plans
- Ensures compliance of relevant standards and specifications
- Weekly meetings with team members
- Full review on initial schedule and logic check as well as milestone / status reviews
- Identify gaps in project –resources / skills / documents / finance
- Stakeholder management
- Analysis of the contracting market WRT capacity and capability of contracting partners to meet the requirements of the program
Required Skills & Experience:
- Project Management qualification
- Trade certificate - Diesel, Plant mechanic, HD Fitter
- Min 5 years Mining/O&G experience
- Experience working with vendors and contractors who are mobilising to site projects
- Cash forecasting & scheduling
- Supervisor experience/frontline leadership
- Understanding of CAPEX & OPEX
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Manage team before
- OEM experience
- SAP Experience
