About the role
The Manager, Energy Operations role will primarily be involved in the management of the energy reporting services including bill validation, administration of client account requests, and liaising with the energy retailers and networks operations teams.
Skills and experience
- Manage the bill validation and client reporting function
- Client database development, and maintenance and the associated administrative activities, such as data entry, into the Strata Energy Services platforms
- Investigating data and identifying trends/anomalies and advise
- Liaison with energy retailers resolving customer invoice related issues
- Investigation of anomalies and errors with customer accounts
- Establishing accounts, disconnection/reconnection, and greenfields connections
- Builders Temporary Power connections and account set up
Competencies and experience required
- Solid understanding of the energy industry in a network and/or retailer environment
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- High Level verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and working in client database environments
