On behalf of our client, a well-known mining contractor company, MPi are currently taking multiple applications from experienced Production Ancillary & All Rounder Operators for positions across sites in the North-Eastern Goldfields & Pilbara regions. These are long-term opportunities and will see applicants work 3 months under contract with MPi before a possible permanent transfer.
About the role:
Working on a rotating roster of 2 weeks on with 1 week off, the successful applicants will be required to assist in meeting scheduled production targets, whilst safely and efficiently operating our clients equipment including the below machinery:
- D10 or D11 dozers
- 16M, 16H or 24H graders
- CAT 777 watercarts
- CAT 992 or 992 loaders
- CAT 785, 789 or 793 dump trucks.
To be considered
In addition to holding at least 2 years recent open pit production mining experience, it is essential you meet the following criteria:
- Currently reside in Western Australia
- Hold proven experience operating the above listed machines - gold site experience will be highly regarded
- Have a current Western Australian HR Driver's Licence
- Hold or be able to provide a National Police clearance (issued within the last 12 months)
- Have the ability to pass all pre-employment medical requirements, including drug & alcohol screens
- Have an exceptionally high standard for safety & compliance to site protocols
- Have the ability to provide a minimum of two contactable referees, relevant to your experience.
