Macmahon is a leading Australian company delivering a comprehensive range of surface mining, underground mining and engineering services to the resources sector throughout Australia and South East Asia.

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Leading Hand to join our team at the Telfer Gold Mine in WA. Be part of a small, high energy team where your multiple skill sets and qualifications will be highly valued.

Skills & Experience

• Australian recognised Trade Cert
• Strong Supervisory or Leadership ability and experience
• Considerable experience in the repair and maintenance of large scale mining equipment – particularly Caterpillar and Hitachi
• Dedicated commitment to safety and quality assurance
• Manual C class driver’s license
• Proactive approach to ensure optimal coordination of crews and allocation of resources
• Ability to provide technical advice and direction through effective communication to all team members
