The Position
Mancala is currently on the lookout for multiple highly qualified and exceptional people to join our maintenance team based in Bendigo Victoria.
You will be responsible for maximising plant availability through preventative and breakdown maintenance, repairs, rebuilds installation and commissioning for surface, underground and Raise Bore equipment.
We are seeking to fill the following positions:
- Diesel or Hydraulics Fitters
- Auto or HV Electricians
- Boilermakers
- Trades Assistants
Key Selection Criteria
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Ensure all equipment is fit for purpose and complies with all relevant site, state or country specific modifications and regulations.
- Generate maintenance back logs for all equipment
- Maintain a positive attitude to safety at all times
- Ad hoc duties as required
To be successful in the role you will have proven experience in the following:
- Relevant trade qualification
- High working knowledge of Atlas Copco Drills and CAT underground loaders essential for fitters
- Experience on pumps, motors, Can-Bus, PLC and low voltage desirable
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Forklift Licence
- Australian Working Rights – Visa / Residency etc
- Excellent diagnoses skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Current Australian driver's license
- Preparedness to work an operational shift roster
- Have the ability to think outside the box and have a can-do attitude
