Graduate Mine Surveyor
Our client is a well established Mining House with Base Metals operations within Australia. They seek to add a graduate surveyor to their team at their Underground mine in NSW. Working a Monday to Friday residential roster this role will suit someone who wants to be home every night with family and enjoys the technical challenge of a busy underground operation.
Reports to - Technical Services Manager
Duties
- Provide Surveying Services to Working Underground Mine
- Design Verification to ensure Standard Underground Excavation Procedure
- Liaison with and offer advice to Geology, Environmental and Health & Safety Teams
- Assist in the Building and Updating of Accurate 3D Mine Models
Qualifications
- Relevant Degree or Diploma
- Experience with IT/Mining Software
- Strong Communication Skills
