The Role:
To manage the Aftermarket (post commissioning) activities associated with the OneSubsea installed base on a subsea production system and any ancillary intervention equipment required for Life of Field services provided under a Life of Field contract.

To ensure that the Life of Field scope of activities are executed in accordance with the relevant contractual requirements within the timeframe and budget allocation and that any contractual KPI’s are managed and achieved.

Key Accountabilities:
• To be the primary Customer Focal point of contact for the planning of upcoming offshore campaigns by identifying the equipment, tooling, spares and personnel needs and ensuring that they are all available in good time to meet the execution plan while developing risk mitigation plans to deliver Zero NPT (Non Productive Time) associated with the One Subsea scope of services.
• To clearly define and communicate the scope of supply and requirements to the Commercial, Field Service and Rental Groups in the Life of Field Team and any supporting One Subsea Plants
• To oversee all commercial business transactions as dictated by contract such as quotations, invoicing and ensuring that these are submitted timely and are right first time.
• To coordinate the support of all ad-hoc work requested via the Life of Field contract
• To ensure all changes to the original agreed scopes of work are managed efficiently and ensure Change Requests are approved internally and externally, in line with governing company procedures and standards
• Responsible for ensuring all work is undertaken in a safe manner and in line with company health and safety guidelines and policies.
• To provide plant loading, rental and service tooling forecasts and associated financial forecasts for services to be rendered against the contract
• To understand the contractual requirements of the Life of Field contract and ensure that customer expectations are met and internal supporting groups are fully aligned in supporting the contract
• To provide reporting information for both internal and external use (customer specific reports) on a weekly / monthly basis and as dictated by the contract.
• To be responsible for organizing, managing and attending quarterly performance review meetings and that all relevant data required to measure the effectiveness of the contract to both parties is presented

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Minimum HND/HNC in engineering discipline or relevant years’ experience with One Subsea equipment or similar oil tool equipment
• Problem solving ability demonstrated particularly within the SAP environment employed within OneSubsea relating to Manufacturing and execution
• Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills including presentations, meetings and written documentation.
• Negotiation and influencing skills.
• Leadership skills to include ability to motivate colleagues to achieve on-time delivery.
